Service Description

We'll discover your current needs and goals, and get there through the three E's: Envision, Empower, Embrace. Gaining clarity, direction, courage and confidence, you'll truly lead yourself. I'll guide you and help you stay on track. You'll have encouragement and support during each session, and access to Ashley between sessions as needed. In only 12 sessions, you'll be very proud of yourself and the work we will do together.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a session, please contact Ashley 24 hours ahead to reschedule, and there will be no charge. Should you miss a session with no communication, you will be charged, but may use that payment for an additional session.
